In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd89i. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
- ▸Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity and then withdrawing them through the platform to create the appearance of legitimate income.

All content available on bd89i — including but not limited to the platform's visual design, layout, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game assets (to the extent owned by bd89i), software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of bd89i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in or to any bd89i content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bd89i solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any bd89i content. Any unauthorised use of bd89i's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd89i's total liability to you in respect of any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited as follows.

- ▸bd89i is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
- ▸bd89i does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bd89i will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
bd89i is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. - ▸bd89i offers deposit limit tools that allow players to cap their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
- ▸Players may request a self-exclusion from bd89i for a specified period of between 1 month and 5 years, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. - ▸Players may also request a temporary time-out from bd89i for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, all betting and casino activity will be suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed before they expire. At the end of a time-out period, account access is automatically restored unless the player requests an extension or conversion to a self-exclusion.
bd89i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd89i will endeavour to provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of bd89i following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
You may close your bd89i account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and pending withdrawals subject to review) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. bd89i may also terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at bd89i's sole discretion.
